Mr. Scott Gibbons, an American geopolitical analyst and South Asia expert, attended the East Turkistan Government-in-Exile’s 8th General Assembly on November 10, 2019, where he spoke about nationalism and the need for an East Turkistan nation-state in order to ensure the survival of the Uyghur and other Turkic peoples.
