On behalf of East Turkistan and its people, the East Turkistan Government-in-Exile calls on the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to stop giving loans to China. China is not a “developing nation.” It is a colonial empire that is colonzing East Turkistan (what China calls “Xinjiang”), Tibet, South Mongolia, Manchuria and elsewhere.
