ETGE Condemns Oracle’s Complicity in China’s Genocide in East Turkistan

The statement below is attributed to the East Turkistan Government in Exile’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Security

The East Turkistan Government-in-Exile unequivocally condemns Oracle Corporation for aiding and abetting the People’s Republic of China and the Chinese Communist Party in building and maintaining a surveillance state, and for enabling the ongoing genocide against Uyghurs and other Turkic peoples in Occupied East Turkistan.

Evidence shows Oracle’s technology is deeply embedded in China’s security infrastructure, including systems operated by the Xinjiang Public Security Bureau, the very agency responsible for mass internment camps, forced sterilizations, cultural eradication, mass enslavement through forced labor and the systematic persecution of millions. These tools have facilitated real-time population monitoring, predictive policing, and the targeting of entire communities for arbitrary detention.

It is unacceptable for an American corporation benefiting from billions in U.S. government contracts to also supply the technological backbone of one of the most horrific human rights atrocities of our time. This is not “just business”; it is complicity in genocide and crimes against humanity. We call on the U.S. Congress, the Administration, and allied governments to immediately investigate, sanction, and terminate all contracts with Oracle until it fully severs ties with the PRC’s security apparatus. Anything less is hypocrisy that undermines America’s moral authority and the rule of law.

Silence and inaction make accomplices. The world must choose the side of the oppressed, not the oppressor.
